Internationalization

With a strong commitment to internationalization, the University promotes a series of initiatives that enrich academic education and broaden cultural horizons. Among these actions, the participation in CAPES programs such as Move La America, the Sandwich Doctorate (PDSE) stands out, in addition to the offer of international disciplines, in undergraduate and graduate courses, taught in different languages and with the participation of foreign teachers.
In addition, the institution maintains agreements and partnerships with renowned universities around the world, allowing academic mobility, knowledge exchange and multicultural experiences, with emphasis on the Erasmus+ Program. These initiatives aim to prepare students for the challenges of a globalized market, encouraging the training of professionals with international vision, intercultural competence and social responsibility.

Erasmus+ Program
The Erasmus+ Program is a European Union initiative that partners with educational institutions worldwide. It offers students the chance to enhance their knowledge, develop new skills, and expand their international networks.
Partnership with Foreign Institutions
La Salle University has agreements with more than 80 higher education institutions around the world. Access the list of partner institutions.
International Courses
Our Master's and Doctoral programs offer courses with the participation of international professors, researchers, and students from partner universities. Check the list of courses offered each semester for available opportunities.
International Events
Our Stricto Sensu Graduate Programs actively publicize and host numerous international events. These events feature foreign speakers and researchers from various countries who address topics relevant to the programs' research areas. Some events are held in person, while others are online. Additionally, trips for participation in events abroad are organized. Check each program's page for available opportunities.
Sandwich Doctorate Program
This program aims to support the development of high-level human resources by providing scholarships for sandwich doctorates abroad for Doctoral programs recognized by CAPES. The international internship should prioritize research in areas of knowledge less consolidated in Brazil. Selection calls are published by the Graduate Programs.
Faculty Presence in Foreign Institutions
Faculty members from Unilasalle's Stricto Sensu Graduate Programs engage in various activities at partner foreign institutions. These activities include conducting joint research, participating in events, presenting papers, giving lectures, and teaching classes. These activities take place both in-person and virtually.
Move La América Program
The Move La América Program aims to attract students from foreign educational and research institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean. This initiative strengthens our Graduate Programs (PPG) and fosters an international institutional environment. The program provides scholarships for Master's and Doctoral students from foreign educational and research institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean, offering sandwich master's and doctorate opportunities in Brazil. Students can undertake internships, conduct research, participate in extension activities, and potentially take courses within Graduate Programs (PPG) related to their field of study
